We want you to feel confident in every Vale Aure purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied, please review our return and refund conditions below.


📦 Return Conditions

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original product packaging (e.g., jewelry box or pouch). The shipping box may differ.
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or damaged within a reasonable period under EU consumer protection laws.
  • To start your return, click here and email us with your order number (starting with VA-XXXXX) in the subject line.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned.
  • We also do not accept returns on final-sale or discounted items, unless they are damaged or faulty.

💳 Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email whether your refund is approved.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Please allow up to 5–10 business days for the amount to appear in your account (depending on your bank and payment method).

🎁 Store Credit Option

Prefer to shop again? You may choose to receive your refund as store credit, which will be issued as a digital voucher for use on your next order.


🛡️ Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us as soon as possible. We will assess the issue and provide a replacement, refund, or repair in accordance with EU consumer law.
